Account agreement
When you shop at Capeactive, you enter into an agreement to create an account on capeactive.se where we collect your order history and status for your orders.
Support
We handle all support and service via the e-mail address support@capeactive.se to be able to optimize our communication and support.
Shipping cost and delivery
We use PostNord for all orders. For orders over SEK 500, we offer free shipping within Sweden to the nearest delivery point.
All our goods are in our own warehouse and orders are sent within 1-3 working days. If we are unlikely to be able to send orders within the promised time, we will contact you with a new delivery date. In such a case, you of course have the opportunity to cancel the purchase and get your money back instead.
Payment
By confirming an order, payment liability is allowed for the content of the order and any shipping costs. You pay through Klarna. Through Klarna, you can choose from several payment methods, including card payment, bank transfer, partial payment or invoice.

Sales to minors
Minors (under 18 years) must have a parent’s permit to order from Capeactive.
Right of withdrawal
As a private person, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you received an item from us in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. This also applies to price-reduced / SALE goods. You can of course try ordered items with the exception of sealed garments (eg swimwear and underwear). We only accept return of swimwear and underwear if the seal remains and is intact.
If the item has been damaged, or returned in incomplete condition, we reserve the right to value and adjust the sales value and deduct this amount from the refund.
You as a customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping when you cancel a purchase. Before you return an item, you must contact us via e-mail ( support@capeactive.se ). The item must be sent back within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was sent to us.
In order for us to be able to handle and identify the reason for return for the shipment, fill in and attach the Consumer Agency’s regret form with your return.

Security and confidentiality
Capeactive uses https, which means that everything you do on capeactive.se takes place over an encrypted connection.
Personal data
We use the Klarna Checkout service. By accepting our terms of sale, you also automatically accept the terms of use of Klarna Checkout. Cape Active AB and Klarna process your personal data in order to be able to offer a simplified payment via Klarna Checkout and to provide a simplified payment process for repeated use of Klarna’s services.

Newsletter
Our customers have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. This is completely voluntary and it is of course possible to easily cancel the subscription at any time.
Printing error
We reserve the right to stock errors, incorrectly priced goods and any printing errors. We reserve the right to cancel or correct incorrect orders. We do this as much as possible in dialogue and consultation with the customer.
