Account agreement

When you shop at Capeactive, you enter into an agreement to create an account on capeactive.se, where we gather your order history and status for your orders.

Support

We handle all support and service through the email address support@capeactive.se to optimize our communication and support.

Shipping cost and delivery

We use PostNord for all orders. For orders over 500 SEK, we offer free shipping within Sweden to the nearest pickup point.

All our products are in our own warehouse, and orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If, against expectations, we cannot ship orders within the promised time, we will contact you with a new delivery date. In such a case, you naturally have the option to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

Payment

By confirming an order, you acknowledge the payment responsibility for the contents of the order as well as any shipping costs. Payment via Klarna. Through Klarna, you can choose from various payment methods, including card payment, bank transfer, installment payments, or invoice.

Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received a product from us, according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. This also applies to discounted/sale items. Of course, you are allowed to try ordered items, with the exception of sealed garments (e.g., swimwear and underwear). We only accept returns of swimwear and underwear if the seal is still intact.

If the item is damaged or returned in incomplete condition, we reserve the right to assess and adjust the selling value, deducting this amount from the refund.

As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping when you cancel a purchase. Before returning a product, you must contact us via email (support@capeactive.se). The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of the right of withdrawal was sent to us.

For us to be able to process and identify the return reason for the shipment, please fill out and include Konsumentverkets ångerblankettwith your return.

Capeactive uses HTTPS, which means that everything you do on capeactive.se occurs over an encrypted connection.

We use the service Klarna Checkout. By accepting our terms of sale, you also automatically agree to the terms of use for Klarna Checkout. Cape Active AB and Klarna process your personal data to provide simplified payment through Klarna Checkout and to facilitate a streamlined payment process for repeated use of Klarna’s services.

Newsletter

Our customers have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. This is entirely voluntary, and, of course, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.

Print errors

We reserve the right for inventory errors, incorrectly priced items, and any printing errors. We reserve the right to annul or correct erroneous orders. We do this to the greatest extent possible in dialogue and consultation with the customer.
